Shipping
We value your business so we make every effort to ship same day for all orders placed by noon (Eastern) on weekdays. We will attempt to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping prices are charged according to the distance and weight of the order. There are two shipping methods available, United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. Billing shipping charges to your own shipping account is not a current option. For the cardholder's protection, LaDàna's reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.
Undelivered packages resulting in buyer errors in addressing, no response after multiple delivery attempts or refused by our carrier. A $10 return shipping fee is charged by our carriers for this service and will be deducted from any refund processed on a returned package.
International Shipping
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are not automatically insured. Insurance is optional and chosen at the discretion of the buyer. We cannot be held liable for uninsured items that arrive damaged or become lost. These items will not be replaced.
In-Stock units will generally arrive within 1 to 5 days after your order is placed (contingent upon your shipping method selected).
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the shipping information & the tracking number.

All sales are final for sanitary reasons. Due to hygiene reasons, lace wigs cannot be resold once they have been worn and the lace has been cut.
Cancellation Fees
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, there will be a 35% cancellation fee charged. Shipping charges are non refundable. The 35% cancellation fee will be charged off the grand total of the order which includes shipping and taxes if applicable.
Cancellations may not be made on completed custom units.
