Unless otherwise noted, stock wig orders (full lace wigs) will be delivered in 7-10 business days. Lace front wigs will be delivered in 10-15 business days. Custom orders will be delivered in 30 calendar days (this includes Child Lace Wigs). Insurance billed orders will be shipped 30 calendar days from carrier payment receipt and balance due (if applicable). Rush delivery items will be shipped in 10-15 business days.

 

LaDàna's reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified. Undelivered packages resulting in buyer errors will be assessed a 35% return fee (shipping fees will not be refunded). We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

 

Insurance is optional and chosen at the discretion of the buyer. We cannot be held liable for uninsured items that arrive damaged or become lost. These items will not be replaced. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the shipping information & the tracking number. If you would like to estimate the cost of shipping, please put the item(s) in your shopping cart. For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, there will be a 35% cancellation fee charged. Shipping charges are non refundable.

All online paid orders must be shipped to a confirmed billing address (shipping fee of $12.99 for priority US mainland will be billed within invoice).

 

 NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original account.

 

 

We use a secure server for your privacy and security.

 

 

A fee of $25.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your custom order after the order is placed. Changes after 24 hours of order being placed will not be honored.

 

 

All sales are final for sanitary reasons. Please be sure to provide proper measurements for custom orders. In-stock orders, please order the correct cap size as all sales are final.

 

 

If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority wait-list. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If back-ordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time.

 

 

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, there will be a 35% cancellation fee charged. Shipping charges are non refundable. The 35% cancellation fee will be charged off the grand total of the order which includes shipping and taxes if applicable. Cancellations may not be made on completed custom units.

 

 

LaDàna's will pursue chargebacks to the fullest extent of the law. Customer will be liable for all collection and legal expenses incurred in the collection of funds owed. Additionally, customer will be liable for all merchant processing fees incurred due to chargeback initiation, investigation and decision. Customer concedes, through purchase, LaDàna's will pursue and enforce these terms to the fullest extent of the law.
